DAY 1: San Diego & Eurodam
Arrive in San Diego today by plane or train and board Holland America Line’s Eurodam this afternoon for your carefree four-night Pacific Coastal voyage to British Columbia. (D)
DAY 2: Cruising the Pacific Coast
Enjoy the first of two days at sea aboard the Eurodam. Meet your fellow travelers at our Welcome Aboard cocktail party and spend the day enjoying the delights of your ocean liner voyage. (B,L,D)
DAY 3: Cruising the Pacific Coast
Spend another relaxing day at sea off the coast of Oregon as you sail north. Sleep in, savor afternoon tea, watch a movie, get a spa treatment and enjoy life aboard one of the finest ships afloat. Tonight is a perfect time to experience the Pinnacle Grill, one of Holland America’s signature dining experiences. (B,L,D)
DAY 4: Victoria, BC
Explore glorious and enchanting Victoria with plenty of time for Butchart Gardens, a visit to the magnificent Royal British Columbia Museum or classic afternoon tea at the grand Empress Hotel. (B,L,D)
DAY 5: Vancouver, BC & The Canadian
Arrive in Vancouver this morning and disembark the Eurodam after breakfast. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of this lovely city including Queen Elizabeth Park along with ample free time before afternoon tea and an evening boarding of The Canadian train bound for Jasper. The train is a perfect 1950’s time capsule with its famed Vista-Dome cars and an authentic dining car with first rate cuisine and service. Be sure to sip a glass of champagne in the in the swank, end of train Bullet Lounge as you roll east over the Canadian Pacific Railway overnight. (B,AT,D)
DAY 6: Jasper, AB
After breakfast, The Canadian begins its ascent of the western slope of the Rockies and, after lunch, arrives in gorgeous Jasper and a transfer to Crimson Jasper for a two-night stay. The evening is at leisure to enjoy this quaint town (B,L)
DAY 7: Jasper, AB
Lounge in bed this morning before your midday excursion to stunningly beautiful Maligne Canyon and Maligne Lake with its haunting views of Spirit Island. Have the evening free in Jasper to explore the shops, galleries and charming restaurants. (B,L)
DAY 8: Banff, AB
Travel to Banff via the Columbia Icefields Parkway for a stunning day of sightseeing. Enjoy a ride on Athabasca Glacier itself aboard a snowcoach. Stop for lunch en route before your arrival at the stunning Rimrock Resort with its oversized rooms and great location overlooking Banff and the Bow River. (B)
DAY 9: Banff, AB
Have a full day to enjoy Banff beginning with a gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain followed by a visit to the Banff Hot Springs that have made this village famous. Later tonight, savor your dinner at the Rimrock Resort’s elegant Primrose Dining Room with its marvelous views. (B,D)
DAY 10: Banff, AB
Head to Yoho National Park and take in the majesty of Bridal Veil falls, Moraine Lake and Lake Louise with all afternoon at you leisure to further enjoy Banff. (B,L)
DAY 11: Calgary, AB
Depart Banff this morning arriving at Calgary airport by 11am with easy air connections possible to all North America points. To allow time to pass through Customs, we suggest you book flights departing later than 12:30pm.
